Eastmond Buckner, widely recognized as the "Cowboy Coach," is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over 35 years in teaching, public service, and life coaching. His extensive background as a US Army Veteran, former public school educator and retired federal investigator provides him with profound insights into organizational dynamics and human behavior.

As the founder and CEO of Buckner Life Coaching, Eastmond is dedicated to helping individuals—particularly young adults—and leaders unlock their innate "Hardware". He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach specializing in the CliftonStrengths assessment to reveal an individual’s unique "Talent DNA". His expertise further extends to the Builder Profile 10 (BP10) for entrepreneurial talents and the Arno Profile System through his membership with the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling.

Eastmond’s coaching philosophy is grounded in moving from a "Deficit Model" of fixing weaknesses to a "Strength Model" of maximizing what is naturally right with a person. 

He believes that understanding one’s unique wiring, combined with a mission-driven mindset and SMART goals, is the essential key to achieving personal and professional fulfillment. Beyond coaching, Eastmond is an author and researcher, notably writing  Family Reunions: For Such A Time As This, and In Defense of Uncle Tom: A Life of Excellent Service, which reflects his commitment to heritage, faith, and the call to serve.
